Person/Group Creative Expression

The development of the individual or group expressing themselves through artistic endeavour utilising the right hemisphere of the brain for emotional being, spatial and visual skills, musical tendency and wider creative expression.

According to Carl Rogers (1981), self-discovered learning is the only kind that truly impacts behavior.

Below are various case studies and examples from individuals who have experienced loss. Applying creative marks using a therapeutic person-centric 1:1 approach created a safe and supportive space where individuals externalised and expressed their feelings and thoughts into a creative visual. This in turn gave them the understanding that letting-go is not about forgetting a loved one, it’s about moving on and honouring their life with a creative mark in memory of that person.
